Updates. (:

Happy to say in total I’ve lost about 6 pounds in my first month. Whoo! My new little addiction is the Quaker Chocolate Chip Granola Bar that I treat myself to as my little snack when I run places like to work or school. I’m still trying to be patient with brown rice (it takes awhile to cook and still tastes a little..uncooked and hard 20 minutes after its been boiled). I go to Special K when I’m hungry for something sweet (or the Granola bar) and fulfilling, which is great too. :)
When I diet and eat, for me, it HAS to have some sort of flavor or sweetness. I can’t stand bland food- it makes me so uninterested!
